KEISHI & ULTRA BAROQUE PEARLS

This magnificent 19" necklace is a combnation of Keishi Pearls and ultra baroque pearls.  Keishi pearls are often the product of an oyster rejecting the neucleus that has been added to create a round pearl.  They are incredibly durable and strong as they are 100% nacre and sometimes called natural pearls. The habe high luster, never perfectly round, often flat or wavy or petal shaped.  The term "Keishi" is Japanese and means "poppy seed"  They are grow in freshwater or seawater. 

The necklace is truly an eye catcher with the Keishi pearls being anchored by the three large ultra baroque dark gray pearls.

It's one of a kind. I have used white thred for stringing and knotting.  It has an easy to use magnetic clasp.
